Having made her mark in the B2B sector by spearheading the successful establishment of a brand from the ground-up, Michelle followed her passion for consumer marketing and transitioned to Ocean Spray Cranberries in 2015.
In her nearly 9-year tenure at Ocean Spray, Michelle’s executed award-winning integrated campaigns, including a Cannes Silver Lion winner. She’s launched numerous social channels and websites globally, cultivated talented teams, built smart tech, improved processes, and provided quality assurance as a leader within their Marketing Center of Excellence. Heading up the Content Pillar of that COE, Michelle led Ocean Spray's social, content, community and creative development efforts. She’s collaborated with incredible partners and influencers, elevated vast cultural moments, including the viral 2020 TikTok “Dreams Challenge”, which garnered 24B impressions worldwide, an 11% sales increase for the featured product, and a 4% sales increase across the entire franchise, attributed solely to the owned and earned channels under Michelle’s guidance.
